A Cross to Wear

While the theme of this day might not fit the season, the cross is an ageless symbol for every season. It communicates more than an identity of faith. It can evangelize others by reminding them of God’s love.

Create crosses to wear. This is a favorite craft for church classes. Materials are readily available at craft or Christian book stores. Make the project a family affair. While your family members create these crosses, ask them why the cross is important. Read John 3:13-17 to finish the discussion and the craft.
